Our Recreation League emphasizes participation, skills development, teamwork and fun. We strive to foster an environment that promotes physical, mental, and emotional development for our players, and provides support and resources to RSC parent coaches to create the best soccer experience possible.

U7-U12 OVERVIEW

1 practice per week, 1-2 games per weekend in Fall and Spring
(Winter - see LDA & Technical Training) -
Practices are held at local elementary schools (set by volunteer coach)

Teams are gender-specific

Volunteer coaches (typically parent volunteers)

RSC Uniform required (available for $25 at Soccer World), as well as shin guards, cleats, ball, and water bottle.

Navy blue shorts recommended with soccer socks that match assigned jersey color.

Ball Size:​ Size 3 (U7-U8) and Size 4 (U9-U12)​
