TECHNICAL TRAINING

During Technical Training (U6-U14) players will work closely with professional coaches to develop proper dribbling, passing, and shooting techniques to better enhance their game and cultivate confident and creative thinkers on the field.

OVERVIEW

  • SPRING & FALL: 8-week session available to all players U6-U14

  • A great complement to our Lightning Development Academy training or our recreational league

  • This co-ed session will combine ages and is designed to be a fun way to develop skills and get more touches on the ball

  • Sessions held on Wednesdays (U12-14) and Thursdays (U6-U11)

  • WINTER: 6-week sessions held on Thursdays (U11-U12) and Sundays (U11-14)

  • Ball Size: Size 3 (U6-U9) Size 4 (U10-U12) Size 5 (U13-U14)
