TECHNICAL TRAINING

During Technical Training players will work closely with trained coaches to develop proper dribbling, passing, and shooting techniques to better enhance their game and cultivate confident and creative thinkers on the field.

OVERVIEW

  • SPRING & FALL: sessions for U6-U14

  • A great complement to our Stars Developmental Academy (SDA) training or our recreational league

  • This co-ed session will combine ages and is designed to be a fun way to advance skills and get more touches on the ball

  • WINTER: Winter sessions held on Sundays for U11-U14 at the Oakland University Dome

  • Ball Size: Size 3 (U6-U9) Size 4 (U10-U12) Size 5 (U13-U14)
